Terms of service
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms apply to your use of family-coordinator.com (“the service”). By signing in, you agree to them.
Early access
The service is in early development. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed, and it may contain errors. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
The free beta offer
If you opt in to our beta, we will contact you when beta access is available to you. Beta participants who opted in receive one year of free access, starting on the day their beta account is activated. Opting in does not guarantee a beta place or a start date. The offer is personal to you and cannot be transferred.
Your account
- You sign in with your own Google account. Keep it secure, and do not let anyone else use it to sign in as you.
- Each email address belongs to one account only.
- You are responsible for the information you enter. Make sure it is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass, threaten or deceive anyone, to break the law, or to try to reach information that is not yours. Do not try to disrupt or break the service. We may suspend or close an account that does.
Records
The service keeps a dated record of what account members do. Entries are not edited after they are made. You should expect that the record may be seen by the other members of your account, and that they may share it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by interruptions, errors or lost data. The service does not give legal, medical or psychological advice.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your information, as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell account holders about significant changes.
